Greetings

I am very happy to inform all the respected members of Association of Biotechnology and Pharmacy (ABAP) that the 4th Annual Convention of Association of Biotechnology and Pharmacy is being organized at Thapar University, Patiala and Seminar on Emering Trends in Biopharmaceuticals:  Relevance to human health is being organized during the Annual Convention on 11-13 November, 2010.  Prof.B.Suresh, President, Pharmacy Council of India & Vice-Chancellor, JSS University, Mysore and Honorary President of ABAP has kindly consented to grace the occasion.

In this connection, I would invite attention of all the life  members, every year the ABAP will confer some Fellowships and Honorary Fellowships to some distinguished members of the Association basing on their excellence and commitment in their respective field.  On behalf of the executive committee of ABAP, I invite applications for the award of Fellowship from the life members of the Association on or before 25th October, 2010 in the prescribed proforma (see www.abap.co.in for proforma in Fellows column).

Who can apply – Professors/Principals/Directors working in Universities and Colleges, Scientists/Executives/Managers working in National Institutes/ Laboratories and Industries with a distinguished background are only eligible to apply.   And all the applicants for Fellowship program should be basically the life members of the Association.   The details of Annual Convention and other information  can be seen in Association website (www.abap.co.in).
